Christopher Penn was privately educated in England and, following University in France and Spain, travelled the world before qualifying as a real estate professional in London. He specialized in international investment management, culminating in a five year assignment in South America. He maintained a deep interest and involvement in the art market throughout this time, always collecting and occasionally selling to improve the quality and range of his own collection. He was, recently, the curator of a major retrospective exhibition for an artist whose work had been long overlooked, and whose career he successfully re-launched. He speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese.
